Future Beach Freedom 160 DLX
I'm about to buy my first kayak. Anyone have an opinion on the Future Beach Freedom 160 DLX? I plan to fish everywhere from the surf to east texas lakes. From the few reviews I've read it isn't the fastest but is stable and has a high weight capacity. Any info is helpful. Thanks

I used to have one and I thought it was pretty good.
It's a stable yak and although not the fastest, it's not real slow
either. I also have a emotion fisherman, so I know what
"slower" is. Hatches in the front, back and middle gives you a lot of
room. But they do not give you access to the inside of
the kayak like others do to put your rods in. I sold it and bought a
Tarpon 160 and it is awesome, a little pricey, but awesome. All fishing was
done in the bay. Hope this helps!

Thanks. That does help. I've heard of some people cutting out the trays inside the hatches to get access to the hull.

May want to look at the Ocean brand kayak or Hobie.
