I've tried to set my rig up to minimize launch time, since I typically have to squeeze in fishing trips when time allows. I also try to keep my stuff together so I don't forget anything. When I pack to go, I load my kayak & paddle, rods, cooler, a small drybag with misc. & emergency gear, and a five gallon bucket that contains my anchor, dip net, castnet, mesh bait bucket and wading booties. When I launch, I stow the drybag up front, buckle in my cooler, clip my anchor, dip net and bait bucket and go. From park to paddle is usually 5min or less.
