Colorado River Near Columbus
Has anyone fished this stretch of the river lately? I've been wanting to try this area but have only fished the river near Bastrop.

The loop through there, 71 to Beason's, has been on my radar ever since I started kayaking 20+ years ago. Still haven't made the run.
The flow is on the decline so it should be getting cleared up.

I made that run a while back. Lots of fun, but the water was pretty muddy due to recent rain. No luck fishing.
