I'll take those odds any day!I paddled 17 miles, caught some good fish and then got, as Miracle Max would say, “a nice paper cut with lemon juice on it” by getting careless while filleting my fish. Luckily the bone stopped the blade before it could go deep. Oh well, no nerve or tendon damage so slap a bandaid and some antibiotics on it and head to the gym. Those weights aren't going to lift themselves.
...turns out anything with hand grips will open up the cut and make it bleed, so I quickly transitioned to "leg day".
