Just saw this. Old Town has designed some pretty innovative kayaks recently but this one is interesting. Not something for me and may or may not be for you but regardless it's pretty well thought out and that's impressive to me.

New kayak that can be powered by manual peddling, powered by peddle assist similar to an E-bike where a motor helps provide power or can be powered completely by the motor. Another interesting thing is the kayak comes with a battery. 36 volt, 20 ah lithium battery.

What's not impressive is the cost- ballpark 6 grand! Available 1-2024.
