White Bass Trip - Friday - Jan 27th

If anyone is interested in going white bass fishing on Friday that lives near the Katy area, let me know. I have a few spots we could kayak fish or we could try one of your spots. I'm game either way. We can split cost of gas and make it a day on the water. If interested, hit me up. 832-588-7091

The trinity river below LL dam was the best place I knew of. Haven't been there in about 10 years but it used to be easy limits of whites along with a mixed bag of stripers crappie and catfish would all hit the same lures. Usually a jighead with a curly tail grub or swimming mullet. You can probably do a search and get some additional info

I haven't fished below the dam in a couple of years, but from what I've heard from the regulars, the fishing isn't nearly what it used to be.
This time of year it's mainly all about the feeder creeks for spawners
