We are extremely excited about our new home down in Sargent Texas, just 8 min from the beach. We invite you to stay at our place and help us with reviews. The home sleeps 10 people, has Starlink for internet, Tv's in every room, and has a nice dock with a fish cleaning station. We just updated all of the lights outside for the pier and backyard.

I was just talking to my buddy to set something up here in a few weeks, is there alot of lights on docks to try fishing at night? We want to fish as much as possible so after our day trips and some naps we wanted to try some lights at night.
