Geez. I just can’t seem to figure the whole how to post a picture out. Can anyone help? Sorry if this is not the right place.

I use Imgur - free photo hosting works up to a storage and bandwidth limit, after that $5/mo has you covered indefinitely.
Always resize your photos to something like 800 pixels wide or 600 pixels tall - save them with a new filename, and upload the reduced file.
From Imgur single image screen, you copy BBCode and plaste it in your post text box.
