Found a school of reds in really shallow water. Finally hooked one after a few casts. Got pulled out to deeper water. I don't like deep water especially when inside a skinny sit in kayak and trying to land a fish. Made a successful CPR. Video link pasted. Its the shortened version. Original would have been too long. I've added pics of what I used that day. The combo is from Dicks Sporting Goods. Size 30. I bought it as a give away prize for a round robin fishing tournament that was cancelled. Not a bad combo. I'd buy one again.
I've gone back since then but haven't seen anymore schools. Only singles and few doubles.
I was out there this morning and lost one cause I forgot to adjust my drag.

Nice 30" red! It was a good video. Thanks for the report and great media! I always enjoy reading others reports especially with eye candy!
