Jetty Road

Jetty road is impassable with most vehicles, even 4WD. There are two major washouts - one just after the bridge over Texas Bayou and another nearer to the end of jetty road. I wrote to the City of Port Arthur online and put a request to have them fixed. Please find the time to create an account and request the roads be fixed, as well. Might help.
