looks like wooden, probably hand built in his shop.

Yes, I'm meaning does it look like a set of plans available online someone is familiar with. I've looked at bateau and JEM and didn't see something quite like this.

There are many more companies than those you mention, not to mention free plans on the web. It could even be home designed.

I do not remember seeing any multi-chine skiff back when I was searching skiff plans. Since he had a model, I would guess he designed it.

look preety much alike the masonboro or macomber skiff.
.same classic lines lapstreak.

This might have been answered a while back, but I believe this is a boat designed and built by JT Van Zandt called the Sea Dart. see this article for more info. https://gardenandgun.com/articles/the-texas-creek-boat/
