Very good fishing on the ICW. Kayaking access to Cedar Lakes, East Matagorda Bay, Dead Caney, Caney Creek, Mitchell's Cut, BTB, etc. The pier is well setup for night fishing. Walking access to fishing on the surf.

I saw this house last weekend while looking at property in sargent. Very nice place with great views.

Keitht, was she able to get something booked? There should be quite a bit of availability starting in August.

The water here is finally starting to clear up and salt up. Some extremely low tides this weekend. When the water comes back in, the fish should be jumping.

She is "getting around" to it.
