A Different Kind of Boat
I have been pretty nonexistent in the boat building world for the last couple years, my son has had a real monopoly on my time! Well I finally found a legitimate excuse to build another boat! While it is not your typical paddle craft I figured you guys would get a kick out of it. I got the plans from http://www.pirateshipplayhouseplans.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and got to work on it last weekend. I hope to have it done in the next few weeks. Accessories will include: fireman’s pole from top deck to interior of the boat, two slides, rock wall, monkey bars, swings, rope climb, and a suspension bridge connected to a nearby tree.

Way to cool! You are a great Dad
It reminds me a a place called story book village when I was a child in Indiana. It had a ship of sorts, not sure it was actually floating but it was on the water. I remember playing on it. I was a boat captain at that time, and I still am

You are not the first one to make that accusation, that seems to be the consensus here at the office! My original plans included a 16' mast, a crow's nest at 14' w/ a zip line going back to the patio. That might have been for me... but the HOA said no.TexaRican wrote:Now tell the truth - that is not only for your son
