Night Fishing the Texas City Dike Area

Are there lights around the Texas City Dike Area to night fish? How about the Kemah area?

There's a light off the levee near the entrance of the dike. Many people along the dike bring generators and setup their own lights. There are also a couple other lights along the levee going towards Moses Lake.
