Well we are now on the board in 23rd place ( out of 25 ) with the two BR I picked up this last weekend. I figured that I'd be the last one to be able to get on the water.

I just had to many projects and too much work! I got my new gone fishing seat set up for the tarpon, so I'll try for this Saturday (it's my Bday that weekend anyway)

Heck yeah Boomy. The only couple keepers I picked up over the last month have been wading. I guess I need to keep my butt in the yak.

Shirts were a no go with Debi due to copyright and the guy I contacted about making something up hasn't hollered back. So just trying to find someone around here to do it

Friday would be good for me. I know they're doing a lures tourney in Freeport Saturday though.

If you want to hit up Bayou Vista on Friday Russ give me a shout. Im planning on fishing Friday morning and will be taking the fly rod along to hopefully send some steel/fluff towards some poor un suspecting redfish

I would like to go but I promised my soon to be a weekend of camping in huntsville for some R&R for her since she's been doing alot of stuff getting ready for the sentencing or wedding I'll start trying to get down to the salt and getting some points in next month and hopefully by june or july i'll catch one that's worth any points

So guys, are we going to try again or is the dream dead?

I'd be in for a freshwater spot but I won't be any help for saltwater as you can tell from my 0 pts last year, just too far away now to make it with any frequency

Is it an either or? Or can you do both at the same time for the same total?

Can do both, doesn't have to be one in particular.

i thought it said last year your team was either salt or fresh and couldn't be both? maybe I read wrong or something but if that's the case i'll for sure put some bass up this year.

BTW- you're not crazy. Last year they did ask salt/fresh when we signed up.
