Anyone know what the surf report is in galveston for tomorrow morning?

Should be calm and blue. It was great today except many shrimp boats along the beach.

I paddled out at West beach last evening, almost to the color change, at the "Sunny Beach" exit (9 or 11 ?)

There were a ton of shrimp and birds working, and I was using live mullet. Got numerous hookups of BIG gafftops, a small shark, and one 12" sand trout.

This afternoon the wind had kicked up and the water looked like chocolate milk.

Hmm, I really wanted to fish the surf early, but am concerned with possible traffic around Houston. I'll be taking 45 most of the way from Spring.
