Today was awesome, 12 reds (only one slot) and a flounder. They were in 4-6 feet of water, Water was Still really Low. But with the wind letting up tonight, hopefully in the morning the water will come back.
So then what? What's your strategy several days post front and water pouring back in?

I would be on the skinny side of the pass fishing into the rising water - so will the fish

Water already back a little above predicted, at least at Freeport.
Nice fishing. I got out into that same area in the afternoon yesterday with almost identical results. One slot, 21”, several rat reds, one flounder that looked good, but came unbuckled. I kind of wanted to hit a bay yesterday, but the wind was a little too much to my tastes for an open, exposed location in a kayak.
I’ll probably hit a Brazoria County bay someplace next time I get out which might be Monday or Wednesday afternoon or both, just for a change of scenery.
