I'm not sure gooseneck is the correct word, but they were bought off Amazon the Company is called Bavel.
The floats I bought from ACK and the 1" EMT was bought at Home Depot. I forget 3/4" PVC was used for the floats. It fits almost perfect just a little snug.
Not sure yet how I'm gonna attach them, but I have two rails up front on the yak and they will be attached to them in some configuration. The outriggers will work splindid while bowfishing too.
