Marsh near Bailey's
Marsh near Bailey's
Anyone fish the marsh area around Bailey's recently? Thinking about the area to the left as you are driving down towards the lake.

No, but I've been wanting to hit the big flat that opens up to the intercostal.

Paddle to the back of that marsh and fish the marsh drains. Watch for tails. The bayou that runs under the bridge at the far end of the road circles around and begins in the back of the first big marsh on the left. We've done some good on reds and flounder back there, but that was probably 8 or 9 years ago.
