Cow Trap 1/15

Post by jeff89 »

Headed out to cow trap despite the wind to try out the new Gheenoe. She performed like a champ. The water is choco chunky milk from the San Bernard and west...for those thinking of giving it a go this weekend, you might ask around to find some clearer water. I'd guess south, where the grass grows..

It most definitely is a skunk report. Granted I was hoping to sight cast with the fly rod today. I decided to just haul ass through the bayous instead haha
I've got a Gheenoe classic 15'6"

The Brazos is spreading its wealth. Thanks for the report. I wondered how far the yoohoo had travelled, now I know.
