Need Help with posting pictures from Phobucket

I need some help with posting pictures on this site. I have a phobucket account and I was able to upload the IMG thumb version of the picture, but this is a small pic. I tried regular IMG and it just showed up as a bunch of numbers. There was an error message, saying that the images may only be up to 768 pixels high.

Is there a way to reformat the picture to have less pixels on an iphone?
Can someone walk me through this process?

once your in photo bucket open the picture & you can change the size. There are 5 icons to the right of your picture once you open it ... the middle one looks like a paint brush inside a square....that is the EDIT feature. Click the edit button & then you can change the size of the photo.
