Hook Spit Rods LSKS June 6th Werner Paddles Event
Hook Spit Rods LSKS June 6th Werner Paddles Event
Hello Lone Star Anglers,
I want to give everyone a big thank you for making the Aprils event the largest we ever had with 176 anglers registered & 110 anglers showing up at the weigh in... great job everyone
We already have several anglers registered for the June 6th event which i'm thinking we should be well over a 100 anglers registered by the time we hit cut off.
If you have never fished a Lone Star event ... entry is $65, single person event, 75% CASH payout to the top 25% of the field + sponsor prizes, trophies for 1st-3rd, 2 redfish, artificial only, inshore only, paddle craft only, 1/2lb bonus for live weigh in & release, boundaries are from Sabine Pass to Colorado River/East Matagorda Bay, Angler of the Year Title valued at over $4500 with cash & prizes & the LSKS Cup ! Stop by our website for full rules & to register

We have made the decision to change our weigh ins from Louis Bait Camp to the Lazy Lizard Cantina in San Leon. We have had a great time at Louis over the last 3 seasons & appreciate their hospitality but i feel our event has out grown Louis. I feel our decision to change the location will better help the anglers with parking & the burgers are good also. The address to the new weigh in location at the Lazy Lizard is ....
1817 Avenue K, San Leon, TX 77539

Yeah it has. Between a new baby and another year of school coming to an end, I have been way to busy to fish. I haven't even had a chance to take my brand new Cuda out on the water so her maiden voyage will be June 6th. I'm looking forward to checking out this new weighin spot.EZ-E wrote:Wow ... has the time flown by.

With all this rain and busy at work, the only wet my new Cuda has seen was the dog drooling on it in the garage. I may try to go this Saturday depending on the weather, otherwise my Cuda's maiden voyage will also be on The 6th.Coachsmills wrote:Yeah it has. If the early weather prediction is right, it looks fun. But it is what it is, see everyone there. And Merember, if you fish Galveston and points West, give your selves an extra 30 min. drive time over usual to make the weigh-in.EZ-E wrote:it should be a good time as long as the weather holds out for us.
