One Week Away, Casting for a Cause Fishing Tournament

It's getting real close. We strive to improve every year and this year we have definitely topped past tournaments. With just over a week to go we have already surpassed last year’s numbers and growing every day. It is still not too late to enter. We have an awesome Captain's Bag for each participant that includes the t-shirt below, visor, magnetic koozie and a bunch of other cool stuff. Not to mention over $15,000 worth of door prizes and raffle items.

It is gonna be great to see you Dave. It's definitely gonna be the party of the year. Oh and don't forget the fishing thrown in. On the kayak side that makes four from Florida, one from Virginia, one from South Carolina, several from Louisiana, one from Colorado and one from California.

Menu has changed no BBQ on Friday. Now we are serving shrimp boiled with potatoes & corn, fried shrimp and fried fish. And a friend just donated an iPad to be given away.

Not it is not mandatory to make the Captain's Meeting is optional. But if you can make it I would. It is a great time.

At this point if you haven't paid just bring your payment to the captain's meeting. We will also allow registration up until the captain's meeting. But, please try to get your entry in ASAP. We need the best head count we can possibly get. As of today, we are sitting at about 140 kayak anglers and 400 boat anglers. It just keeps getting bigger and better every year.

I have to admit that I'm a newbee to kayak fishing for a year now, have about a dozen trips under my belt so far. On a side note I actually have MS so this cause is a little personal to me.
