MP 5/31 Saturday?

If conditions are right I hope to go this Saturday 5/31. Wave predictions (of course they are a week out now) are 1-2ft.

Will head down Friday afternoon.

I will put out some surf rods from the beach and maybe a shark rod or 2 out that night.

Here is a pic of my rig but I probably won't bring the trailer.

I will be fishing PINS that weekend hopefully. I'm new to BTB but would like to possibly make the trip if conditions are right! I'll post up in this thread sometime next week

Sounds good. If the conditions are not good (this will be my first BTB trip) then I will take my son along and fish LHL area.

Hey ya'll, as long as the weather predictions are good it looks like me and a few others are down for a MP trip with LHL as a backup. We'll plan to get to MM80 friday evening to check the surf conditions and sleep in the trucks at MM80 or the LHL launch to launch for dawn patrol at either place.

I MIGHT be down this weekend. I have a truck and trailer. This weekend was brutal but the camping and bbq was fun. Just a drive and a half from San Antonio three weekends in a row lol.

Yesterday as I was netting mullet at Packery the surf was brown with weed but it looks a nice green offshore.

Heading down to PINS tomorrow with some friends from work for their first BTB. There will be four of us. We will be at mm 5 and fishing the rigs Saturday and maybe Sunday. Sounds like there is gonna be a bit of a crowd.
