Truck Repair - Chevy Duramax

Post by livetofish »

I am tired of paying the dealer for fixes on my chevy 2500HD but I would like to keep the truck.

Do you guys know of a repair shops for diesel chevy in Spring, Tomball, Spring-Cypress area that are honest and reasonably priced?

You mean like a shop that'll swap a cummins in it? JK

I feel your pain, it's hard to find a reputable locally owned shop. I'll ask some friends in the houston area (that about as much help as I can offer).

In corpus a good diesel shop is just about as expensive as dealer minus the warranty. And also include a longer wait time. I'd search for high volume areas where diesels are common (rural-small town dealer). I found better service in Three Rivers for my diesel. Got me in and out in 3 days - they understand a truck is part of your livelihood.
