We lost a good friend

Attached is a note I received this morning from Barry.

"It is with a heavy heart that I’m sending this e-mail to let you know that my beloved Edie has lost her valiant 4 year battle with cancer.
She passed, peacefully this evening at 11.35 PM in her sleep, surrounded by loved ones.
She asked to have her organs donated to help other people. She also asked that there be no services held.
She requested that in lieu of flowers; please send a donation to MD Anderson Cancer Center and/or American Cancer Society
