waterproof camera for new dfw HOW photographer
OK guys, Jim dolan gave me the great honor of being the new photographer for the dfw chapter of Heroes On the Water. I'm searching for a waterproof compact still frame camera, any ideas? What are some good ones? Anybody seen one for sale? Any and all info would be appreciated.

I like my Sony DSC-TX5 (the DSC-TX20 I think is the latest version). The Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS4 is also a very good waterproof camera.
If you want to spend a little more you can get a Canon G12 with a waterproof housing. It'll allow you to have more options like a SLR.

Congrats on the new position with an AWESOME organization.
I picked up a waterproof, shockproof and dustproof Fuji at Target for about $189.00 and it is easy and takes great pictures.

I have the Canon Powershot D-10. Great camera. One of the fastest to power up when you need to get the shot quick. Amazon has it for like $249.
