Apffel Beach or BA-16 Wednesday anyone?

Would anyone like to join me? I need to get out bad! I am headed down early. Heard that its been ON during the morning incoming tide. Would like to bag a few keepers then fish for some big boys. I will be in a black tundra.

Decided to hit up the marshes since no takers to btb with. I drove by Apffel and man was I wishing someone would of met me. The conditions were perfect. The weather was perfect. The water color was so nice. It was an incoming tide and I know those fish were waiting for a snack! I decided after getting skunked on the marshes i would play in the surf and get a little more comfortable in rough conditions. Caught a few waves in that were head height and had a blast! I would hit up Apffel!

You did not miss much trust me I went and fished Apffel tues evening and soaked baits for four hours in depths from 35 to 60 feet of water and got one bite. And that was it!!!!

ahh makes me feel better. Was nice to get some yak surfing in. Havnt done that since i 1st got the yak and forgot how much of a workout and how fun it was!
