99 persons. Who selects which 99 they are? I'm sure it will be a 50, 50 split in ideologies.
I filled out a form sent to me via email some time back to be present and have yet to be informed of an invite to show up. Think I even still have the email/survey.

Recreational water activities in flats areas are not just for fishing. Keep Waters Open to all users.

Then it should be a well rounded workshop.

Recreational water activities every where aren't just for fishing... no waters are being closed.

Sorry, I must of mis spoke. Access denied to certain user groups. But then again...


equality of use of the areas is what we have know. Anybody can go out. Nobody is being kept from running. Wanna fix the bad operators of vessels(any type), Start with a boater ed/license.

But I can save my discussion till Jan.
