I use Laguna rods with Shimano Saros 2500 reels.

started off with an ugly stick, then shimano, and now allstar, just got a rodsmith. it just depends on how or what i feel like fishing for. plus the earlier ones are my spares for those who tag along and have nothing to fish with.

I've been using the FTU brand (green rods) since they started selling them for most of my fishing. But when I'm using spinning tackle, I use an old Castaway. When I am throwing nothing but topwaters all day, I use a custom made Red Stovall, spiral wrap.

whatever suits my needs that's under 100 bucks. they can get really expensive. Right now I have Allstars, Am Rods, and Castaways.

The poll would not let me choose but if it did my vote was for G Loomis. I also have a Laguna that I use a lot. I have had both of these rods for a few years now and really like them both.
