5 people max [if all spots filled] about 65 acres@ hunter / 326 acres total / 60 acres 1 separate place just down the co. road and the main place 266 acres split in 4Th.s elec. and water at camp. $700.00 a gun. Year round lease.turkey deer hogs and varmints. Thinking of a bag limit of 1 trophy buck 1 cull and 2 does due to the size of the place.Open to suggestions.

Here's a bump to the top for ya.

Guys this area has some geat hunting! I have a lease in 10 miles south of Commanche about 20 miles from this area. The deer a quite a bit large than Hill country deer, we take does that run 130+ and the better bucks weigh upwards of 160. While we don't have Boon and Crocket record bucks, we regularly take nice 8, 10 and 12 point with up to 20" spreads on our lease. $700 is a STEAL!

Thanks for the bump and input! We have taken 2 bucks that ran 180lbs but a mature buck does average 150lbs to 165lbs. The does run around 110lbs witn some larger. We do take 8 and 10 points that are outside their ears and more the widest was a 23".

Man or man, a lease that has hog, turkey and deer for under $1000 is a great deal.

What the heck, people in Dallas/Ft Worth, don't hunt????

Some one is missing out on a bargain!!!

We been tearing the BR's up......10-20 apiece per day.......although for some of us last weekend was a tad slower(like I only had 5).

My labor day at the beach is this weekend as my family had rented a house on Lake LBJ for Labor Day and I will be with them......an all PB trip.

Sorry I will miss you labor day, but you come down and get in on the fun.
