I had the opportunity to go out early Tuesday morning this week and it was absolutely awesome. The water in West Bay was still high for my liking but the fish were out to play. The wind was very low under 10 mph so fishing was great. The temp was around 60s when I started with high of 70s during the day. It was perfect. I've never caught so many Sheepshead in the marsh before like I did this Tuesday. I caught 5 reds and the biggest one was around 25 in. I used live shrimp and plastics. It was one of those days that I left them biting. I would have stayed fishing all day if it wasn't for husband and fatherly duties.
Here is a link to my latest video of my trip if you are interested. Thanks!

agree, and sunny winter afternoons can be right up there - plus water levels are way down.
