Little further from Red Dot Pier. 10/27/2019

Post by F.O.C. »

North west winds kept me off the water yesterday. This morning was worth the wait. Light winds, cool temperature. launched before sunrise. I got to see many perch, drum, and small trout through the clear glass water. Started blind casting as the sun rose and caught a few dinks. About an hour later, 3 keeper trout. On the way back in I landed nice 21 inch red and also drifted over an over size red about 30 yards from the launch. Used the same plastic till it tore then called it a morning.
