It was a beautiful Saturday morning with less than 5 mph wind. I figured after couple of days of warm weather I wanted to try my luck and boy was I lucky this past Saturday. The Redfish were deep in the Marsh. I saw a bunch of white little shrimp popping everywhere so I decided to use my white Gulp mullet lure to catch most of the fish. I caught 4 redfish and lost 1. Two were nice enough to come home with for dinner!
I don't have any pictures but I made my first youtube video of my trip.

Here is another video I made of my trip to West Bay. However this trip was few weeks before Thanksgiving. It was a same scenario. It was before the cold first cold front and the reds were deep in Marsh. Got to love marsh fishing!!

Glad you posted up a report. Saturday was a good day in a few areas apparently. Looked like glassy water for you.

It was perfect but still to had to work to find the fish. It was much better than my last trip when it rained 4 out of 5 hrs I was out there in West Bay.
