Tried just about everything I had at the time, paddletail, vudu shrimp, TTF spec rig, mambo mullet. Nada. The area was pretty grassy, not sure if that was making my lures harder to see. What do you guys do when they seem to be extra picky? Some boats were in the area, but they weren't having any luck either. First time fishing Baffin Bay, saw a lot of trout action but nothing wanted to bite! Tried just about everything I had at the time, paddletail, vudu shrimp, TTF spec rig, mambo mullet. Nada.
