I can't remember where I saw it, but someone told a story where they foul hooked a little oak leaf, stuck on their hook when they retrieved it. Upon closer inspection it was actually a baby flounder.

They had a picture too. If it wasn't here it was on the fishbrain app maybe around the San Bernard outlet heh.
