E Matty
E Matty
Sup Fellas, back in the saddle again. I went to EM last week and nada, not a bite, not a bump, nothing. Back on the water today with better results and improved weather conditions. I started with tops and nothing, maybe a fatboy, nope. Aw, had an epiphany lets give them Chartreuse paddle tail seemed like a logical choice and the trout agreed. Caught 8 trout between 20" 24" and numerous smaller trout working the birds. Hopefully, the big girls will be around next time!

Well hello buddy, same results as you lately. Your Pro Angler sink or what?

Welcome back! I thought you’d fled to Mexico or something.

Nah, I stop fishing from May thru Sept, and start again around October thru April. My first time out was last week trying to get used to the Outback. I sold the PA and bought a used Hobie Outback wanting something lighter, I will go back to the PA soon, need more storage and room.

Re: E Matty
Welcome back. I don't fish much at all in the summer either. Nice report we headed to east Matty next weekend.
Re: E Matty
East Matty is the Shiznet around this time of year. I don't like the 210 mile round trip from Houston, but I love the solitude there. Nice job!
