Limit Limit

Post by TroutSupport.com »

Hit the upper laguna this morning for a little spoil island action. The trout were right on the edge of the grass and the reds were up near the crest or in shallow mud and grass as well. Pink was the color of the day except for a couple early topwater strikes. Had plenty of action almost all morning and ended up with 6 keeper trout and 3 keeper reds. Pics of best fish only, trout were good box fish, nothing epic. Main thing was figuring out the pattern of where the fish were holding then staying in the Zone of Death ;)

Good report, Tobin. Looks a bit nippy. Did you ever get out of the boat?

I don't think you have the proper security clearance to view the lure...

I've actually thought about calling it live bait. "LB"!!!

"Security Clearance" ROFL... crack me up.

Yes it's a new bait, made it just for you guys fishing shallow grass, oyster, and rocks, etc. ect. Will be revealed shortly, no ill will meant.

Here's a couple more from this morning. This trout is about 24, and I lost a bigger one, just came unbuttoned nothin I could do about that.

Thanks kicking back! Really I only intend to provide some quality fishing reports, I've been catching fish in the prototypes for 6 years now under cover ninja stealth mode like ish.
