David and I went out Friday Oct 28th to Chocolate Bay
Tide - outgoing
Water - murky and higher than usual
Winds - out of the east at 12
Bait - Dead and live shrimp
Fish - Redfish, black drum. various cat fish and some sting rays
Hit the water at first light. Fished close in to the banks and next to some piers.
Lots of rat reds and black drum with the occasional catfish and sting ray
Moved to the southern bank and hit some points and found the large redfish
Bite stopped around 2 so we called it a day
Ended up with both of us catching out limit in Redfish
1 - 27"
2 - 26"
2 - 22"
1 -21"
Did some catch and release too...

12 feet of fish
Re: 12 feet of fish
Nice work. Those bonus black drum are great eats and a nice reason to throw bait instead of lures for a change.
