Back to Back Slam!

Post by txspeck »

Started of bad, loosing 3 freaking trout on tops near the yak with a brand new fatboy corky, then about 20min later had LS on (Line Stripper) it was a big red no doubt but it came off as well, I'am thinking this is going to be a bad day. I kept grinding all morning and finally around midday started catching some fish, then it would stop for an hour then pick up again for 30 minutes then stop on and off. Fish were scattered from 1ft to 4ft, it was hard to get a pattern going but managed to get a few. Ended up with 2 Flounder, 1 Red, 8 trout, the largest trout was 24". Gaftop fooled me, thought I had a big trout on! Until next week!

That's one healthy looking trout there. The rest of the slam isn't so bad either. Congrats
