10/3 - Reds

My buddy, his son, and I headed out at the break of dawn in our kayaks into some old marsh areas. The wind was gusting up to 20mph pushing us all over the place. I found a cut that I could drift through and started throwing live shrimp on the bottom. That is when he hit. It was a 23 inch red. After that we set up near that cut in a channel and started throwing towards another cut. We caught one keeper speckled trout and about twenty rat reds.
