We hit the Freeport jetty at 7:00am and started throwing top waters. Mirror lure top dog green back. 20 cast in I land a nice 23' speckled trout. My husband got one 20mins after that. I decided to walk down a little to some action that is happening and I didn't get any more hook ups but one blow up. Tryed a jig too and nothing. So we headed to the bay. We get there and I get one flounder and I hooked it very well so hopefully I keep that going. We started to see a lot of sting rays and we didn't have the yaks(we did have guards on) so I walked back and stayed in the cut where I got the flounder and he stayed there and saw a nice red tailing but couldn't get a cast to it. So we headed out and called it a good day. Here is a URL of the picture.

Nice trout. Watch out for those stingrays.
