Finally broke the curse of the camera!

Post by texasflatrat »

I have been taking a camera on my kayak trips for quite some time now, but I have had the normal problems as far as the "camera curse" goes. (Battery dies, fish come unbuttoned, camera wasn't set to record, etc.) I finally broke the curse in Pierce Marsh and put a fish in the boat on camera. This was a few weeks ago, but my home computers were not up to date enough to handle the video files so I had to wait until I could get it on my work computer. It is not really anything special, just thought I would share. Enjoy and thanks for watching

C'mon Andy. At least change the camera to 1080. Good fish man. Pierce should start picking back up here over the next week or so. I don't think I went there at all during August.

I dont know about the hero 3. But the hero 2 if you use 1080p you will get lag/shutter in your video. 720p works best on the GoPro Hero2. Just a little FYI on the GoPro Hero2.

That video wasnt to bad. I dont think its a GoPro camera either. But its your first catch on video and its awesome. I been to this marsh. No luck, However it was fun none the less. And met 3 TKF members as well.

If this was 2 weekends ago, I think I was there opposite of Pierce.
The wind was dead calm the whole morning, just like your video shows.

Nice video BTW.
