Nice catch! Congrats and TFTR.
Re: Aransas pass X3
Thank you very much. Was a blast for sure. The redfish down here sure do fight harder than the ones in South Carolina. That secret lure starts with "chatter"

I must be doing something wrong! A full limit in an hr? Man I wish I had a couple of rats in an hour! Lately it has been dinks and not even rats...
Good report!

I threw a chatterbait for a while for bass with good luck but stopped using it for some reason. I always thought it would be good for reds but never tried it. Now I will, thanks for sharing.

Re: Aransas pass X3
I have a few chatterbaits. Never caught a damn thing on em. Maybe I will test them in salt now
Re: Aransas pass X3
I have the most luck with them burning the top of the water like a buzz bait, also when its real windy. Good luck and tight lines

Re: Aransas pass X3
What kind of retrieve are you doing with those "chatter baits" looks just like a spinner bait for freshwater fishing. Right or Wrong?
Re: Aransas pass X3
Just like a spinner bait but a fast retrieve on top so it "burns" the top leaving a wake
