Smith Point
Smith Point
First trip in almost a year, and the maiden voyage in my new T-160! Tide was pretty low when I got there, but was coming in all morning. Caught a 15" flounder and casted to and caught a fat, tailing 26" red. Caught both on Buggs....they produce dinner. Water was in decent shape, but not as clear as I'd hoped with the calm winds we've had. ESE wind picked up more than I expected also. All in all, I was a successful trip. Off the water by 10:15. The pic of the red sucks, but I was hurrying to try to get a cast at the others in the area.
