I remember this well. The guys' initial name was carsautotech. He tried to change it after he got busted.

My memory of it was that he eventually admitted to the game law violation (and to his ineptitude in the attempted cover-up), nursed the many wounds inflicted by members of the board, and eventually went on to fish and post like the rest of us, and learned a valuable lesson.
