I just moved to Cooper Texas from Oklahoma. Met a super nice fellow named Lee who fished Cooper lake yesterday for hybrid strippers. He has a pro angler 14 like mine and said that they have been catching blue cats while hybrid fishing and does not keep any thing. I told him if he caught a few blue's,I would like a few. He brought me three,one over 20 pounds . All caught on flukes.
