Naconiche report

Post by kayakbassTX »

I hit Naconiche for a few hours yesterday to test the new Ride 115X and to see how well the transducer was protected against hydrilla and floating logs. Kayak performed above my expectations protecting the transducer. The fishing was slow but we managed several small bass. We did get a late start. I talk to a couple boats and they had done well in the earlier morning hours.

put in Monday morning at 640am. fished until 1400hrs. I caught 1 bass. about 2.5lb on a senko across the lake by a snall trailer around some trees and stick ups. After sunrise the bite slowed down. I was losing the tails on my t rigged worms, nibbled by something. Probly perch. I fished most of the southern part of the Lake, I didn't make it to the opposite end by naconiche creek. Talked to a few other boaters who said they didn't do well either. I think it was around 98 degrees monday.
