Bulk wood purchase?

I'm thinking of starting a new boat build, I need a couple sheets of 1/4" and one sheet of 3/8s. I was hoping to go with meranti from houston hardwoods, but I was wondering if people would like to get in on a bulk purchase perhaps to lower the price? My project won't be a kayak and I plan to paint so I can take the least cosmetically decent sheets. I hope this is okay to post??

A small pram. I have a bigger rowboat but I used birch, never again. It's rotting pretty bad and it's been rather drought-ey in Houston.

Since I stared the strip stitch and glue I dont use ply anymore.
