Got a lot of first done today, first coat of epoxy and graphite on the bottom





Installed the last wood on her ,the end caps at the back of the decks



got the first coat of spar varnish on the decks


She is slowly coming along.

Also, you need to be careful with all that room. You could go over the limit (of fish) and not even know it.

The cockpit is 7 ft .
front deck 5 ft and rear deck 4 ft.

If the cockpit was 5 ft and the front deck was 7 ft you could camp in the front and still have room for a midget in the back.

I'd say twin fifties on the foredeck and a swivel morter mounted on the rear deck...just for those fools who think they can catch you! You'll be sacking towns, gathering maidens and chasing full grown catfish before October! Great job, beautiful build, and boy, is Grand Daughter gonna love that boat...if she ever gets to paddle it! Well Done!
